Melvin Lowe
Mr. Lowe, along with Jake O’Hara, is the Co-Founder of the New Leaf Coalition and the Returning
Citizen’s Society – both of which are dedicated to assisting and facilitating the successful re-entry,
reintegration, and re-engagement of Returning Citizens to their communities. He is also a Managing
Director at Political Analyses, Strategies and Solutions, a political consulting firm that provides a
wide array of services to candidates for public office, elected and appointed officials, political action
committees, political parties, unions and trade associations, and companies that interact with the
public sector. In addition, Mr. Lowe has a Certificate in Non-Profit Management from Columbia
University Business School – and is currently enrolled in Columbia University’s Justice in Education
Program where he is studying for a professional degree in Human Rights.
