Especially noteworthy is Mr. Dixie asset reduction program experience for major Fortune 500 companies such as Kodak Corporation, Ford Motor Company, General Motors and Bristol Meyers Squibb. This work has been served at both the project manager and executive levels. His noted experiences and responsibilities include: planning and coordination of work plans, coordination of design documents, implementation of controls for administrative management and cost control management.
As the CEO and President of 1st Point Construction Solutions, a construction management firm, Dino has been able to convert his wealth of knowledge into a thriving enterprise. Every day his knowledge impacts 1st Point through manpower allocation, the allocation of materials and equipment, temporary and permanent power requirements, utility relocation, health and safety program initiation, setting up and implementing site utilization management plans. Mr. Dixie is especially proud that he has a strong track record of delivering projects within budget and on time to each owner’s expectation.
Seven years ago, Mr. Dixie successfully entered the medical marijuana industry as a founding partner of Terradiol, Inc., a highly diverse medical cannabis company which was headquartered in Syracuse, NY. In addition to New York, this enterprise also acquired licenses in states of Ohio and Maryland. Three years ago, the Terradiol enterprise was successfully sold to industry giant, Acreage Holdings, Inc.
Today, Mr. Dixie is a managing partner with Central Processors, Inc., a vertically integrated hemp processing and distribution company, doing business in New York, South Carolina and Georgia.
