Working Together To Grow The Cannabis Industry

Advocates: These are individuals, business entities and professional organizations that support the mission of the Chamber.  
 
Affiliates: These are other statewide organizations whose members are involved in the cannabis industry in their respective states (Note: For those Affiliates that allow members of the Chamber to become members of their organizations without any fees or other financial requirements, the Chamber will offer similar reciprocal memberships to their members).
                                                         
Educational Entities: These are private and public entities that offer post-high school educational services to individuals in New York State.
 
Financial Entities: These are banks, credit unions, other financial institutions and individuals that are involved in providing financing and other financial services to individuals and business entities that are involved in the cannabis industry in New York State.
 
Founders: These are the six individuals who organized the Chamber – and who will serve as its initial Board of Directors: i.e., Barbara Askins, Gregory Carpenter, Yasmin Cornelius, Melvin Lowe, Dwayne Montgomery, and Jake O’Hara.
 
Governmental Entities: These are subdivisions of New York State (i.e.,  boroughs, counties, cities, towns, villages and hamlets) – and governmental agencies at all levels – that wish to support the cannabis industry in New York State and to interact with other members of the Chamber on a regular basis.
 
Health-Related & Medical-Related Entities: These are individuals, business entities and professional organizations that are involved in providing health-related and medical-related information regarding cannabis and cannabis products.
 
Licensees: These are individuals and business entities that have obtained cannabis-related licenses in New York State: e.g., Cooperatives, Cultivators, Deliverers, Dispensaries, Distributors, Microbusinesses, Nurseries, On-Site Consumption Sites, and Processors. 
 
Security Entities: These are individuals and business entities that are involved in providing security services to individuals and business entities that are involved in some aspect of the cannabis industry in New York State.
 
Sponsors: These are individuals, business entities and professional organizations that provide financial support and/or pro bono services to the Chamber.   
 
Unions: These are organized associations of workers that have been formed to protect and further the rights and interests of their members.
 
Workforce Development Entities: These are private and public entities that provide seminars, training sessions, workshops, etc. to help create, sustain and retain a viable workforce within their respective locations.
